Twazzup is a very powerful search tool. It searches in real time and can give you items related to twitter posts including article links, posts and key words.
I use Twazzup as a way to quickly check out twitter profiles. Simply type in the full twitter name, @username. You will receive information regarding the user’s community, key words in tweets, the links that this person has shared and a list of his/her most recent tweets.
