Here are some Google Plus Tips that I have discovered over the last couple of weeks. I really think these tips are critical and I have implemented all of them.
Your Google+ Profile will be critical with your ability to be recognized as a social contributor. Add your Google Plus Profile ID to the following:
LinkedIn Profile (Hint: Use the Website Section in your Profile)
Twitter Profile (Hint: Create a short url link)
Personal Blog or Website (Hint: WordPress has Code- Widgetsplus)
Facebook Profile (Hint: Use the Website Category)
I promise that these type of links to your id will help you build more of a presence personally and professionally on Google. Getting more exposure now will be a a huge advantage to you, especially to those of you who are anticipating the roll-out of Google+ Company Pages. I talked to a representative from Google this week and this roll-out will be happening very soon. My guess is that it will take place in the month of August. This is my hunch. With the rapid growth of this platform, Google is accelerating the release of companies and making this platform open to all people.

Add your name to this list, if it is not already there. It is a great way to see where you stand and you can monitor other Google+ Users.

This extension is very powerful and will become more powerful as companies are added to Google Plus
Follow the Progress of your Name on Google Search
Finally, conduct a search on your name. See if Google+ is indexing your Google+ profile and moving you up the list. My guess is that in a few months, it will be close to the top of the first page of Google.
